Event Refund Policy

    We understand unforeseen circumstances can sometimes make it impossible to attend a scheduled TVHRA event after registering.  To ensure we serve our members and community consistently and effectively, our event refund policy is outlined below.

    Refunds:

    • If you are unable to attend a program, a full refund will be issued if notice is received in writing by email to [email protected] prior to the established registration deadline (see specific event registration deadline).
    • A refund will be issued in the same manner as the payment type received.   The administrative processing fee (incurred by TVHRA at the time of registration payment) may be deducted from the refund amount.  
    • A request for a refund after the “last day to register” generally will not be granted, although extenuating circumstances may be considered by the event organizer.  A substitute attendee may be the best alternative.

    Substitutions: 

    If unable to attend a program, a registered attendee may substitute someone else in their place for the same event.  Please notify [email protected] of this change 24 hours prior to the event so we can note it on the attendee roster.
